Then, in the mid nap, two of them stretch at the same time. Their synchronized stretching makes them the perfect candidates for a gold medal, according to the dog parent. In the caption, they mention that the clip is a throwback video, which they have shared now as a “little appetizer” celebrating the 2026 Winter Olympics.

In an adorable dog video on Instagram, Golden Retrievers named Sandy, Holly, and Chase become superficial candidates of the Winter Olympics. Through an on-screen text, the owner writes, “My dogs if synchronized stretching was an Olympic sport:” Then, it shows Holly and Chase relaxing with a perfect stretch at the same time.
In the clip, the trio sleeps peacefully on a big blue couch. While White Retriever Sandy is on the extreme left, Holly the puppy is sticking her back to the elder sibling. Meanwhile, Chase appears to be the baby than Holly as he sleeps by keeping his head over the youngest one.
With the sports music in the background, the Chase and Holly stretch their body in sync. They match the track as well as their actions, as if they have practiced multiple times. Although Sandy doesn’t stretch like them, she becomes alert when the other two bend their bodies backward.
In the caption, the owner insists that the dogs’ synchronization is worth a gold medal if they participate in the 2026 Winter Olympics. “A favorite cuddle puddle throwback of these synchronized stretching Golden Retrievers,” it further read.
Meanwhile, viewers cheered for the fur babies in the Golden Retriever video. A user wrote, “Haha you are going for gold for sure.” Another quipped, “I’m sure that takes lots of practice and naps.” Since the upload, the clip has garnered over 9K likes.
